On January 27th, 2017, I do jogging with my children, Hana (15 years old) and Irfan (12 years old). Just using T Shirt and sport shoes, we start to run at 5:14 in the morning. It’s still dark because the sun is not rise yet.
We ran around the block for about 16 minutes because at 5:30, Hana should get ready to school. And I also have to work. The ideal time to run is 30 to 60 minutes.
We ran. If we get tired, we walked. We regulate our breath. We inhale for about 3 seconds, hold the breath around 2 seconds, and release the breath for about 3 seconds.
Jogging could make our feet, lung, and heart stronger. Make us healthier.
